How to validate the DMSA keys for an existing Integration?

1. 1. Navigate to the Sync Tool Application
   2. Click on Procore Integrations from the navigation menu
   3. In the View Integration page, click on Edit button
      
   4. In the Edit Integration page - Step 1, Procore DMSA Client Key and Procore DMSA Client Secret fields are made editable.
   5. Edit the old service keys to the newly generated DMSA Client key and DMSA Client Secret
   6. Click on the Next button
      
   7. In the Edit Integration page - Step 2, list of all the Procore Projects that are associated with the Connections will be displayed
   8. Click on Validate DMSA button
      
   9. A Pop up with Procore project list that are missing in the DMSA app will be displayed with their status as Missing.
   10. Validation Failed message will be displayed below informing the user that the above projects are missing in the DMSA app.
   11. Unless all the Missing projects [which are associated with the Connections that are displayed above] are added into the DMSA app, the Save button will be hidden and the user will not be able to save the new DMSA credentials.
   12. To add the above missing projects in Procore, navigate to Procore site
   13. Click on Account & Admin Settings
   14. Click on App Management under Company Settings in the right-hand navigation menu
   15. Click on the View option of your newly created DMSA App
   16. In the DMSA App – Permissions tab – Under Permitted Projects, add the missing projects displayed in step 11.
   17. Click on the down arrow key under Permitted Projects and select the Projects that you need to add and click on the Add button.
   18. Once all the missing projects are added into the DMSA app, repeat the same steps from above to edit the existing Procore Integration with the new DMSA credentials and click on Validate DMSA button
   19. Validation successful message will be displayed in the DMSA pop up window and Save button will be displayed.
       
   20. Click on the Save button to save the new DMSA keys.

How to validate the DMSA keys for a new Integration which is not associated with any connection?

1. 1. Navigate to the Sync Tool application
   2. Click on Integrations from the navigation menu
   3. Click on Create New button in the Integration page
   4. In the Create New Integration page, enter the newly generated DMSA Client Key and Client Secret.
      
   5. Click on Validate DMSA button
   6. If incorrect credentials are keyed in, the grid will not display any data and save button will be hidden.
   7. Once the DMSA keys are validated and successful, save button will be displayed.
